At GaléVale, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging, when possible.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that DO NOT meet these requirements may not qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The return is the result of an error made by GaléVale.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GaléVale is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
